I oversee daily operations of the company and the work of our executives, lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. I evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to provide reports to our Managing Partner. I assist in fundraising ventures and manage our partner/vendor relations.
As a consultant, I specialize in devising operational and business strategies to solve supply chain, operational, and efficiency problems within different industries.
